Here are a few tips!

-Eating better.
Our diets are all out of balance. We eat too much artery clogging red meat and unhealthy fats but not enough good fats, vegetables, fruits and fiber. We never think about a healthy glass of red wine with our meal but will guzzle down cheap booze at a party every chance we get.

-Getting Some Exercise.
Remember the old days, when you had to get up to change the channel on the television or answer the telephone? Now we don’t even get that. We sit in our lounge chairs with a remote in one hand and the cell phone in the other . Get up, get out.
